HANCOCK, MARYLAND & EVOLVE

It is a story with a good ending that is just beginning.

Hancock, Maryland grows it's own economy with a bit of local economic gardening.


Mayor Dan Murphy welcomes everyone attending the ceremony for Evolve Composites, Inc. Town and Evolve officials along with about 50 others were on hand to celebrate and welcome Evolve to Hancock. The plant will be occupied on October 1, 2011 by Evolve.

Mayor Murphy told the story of how the plant was acquired thanks to Stanley E. Fulton and the many hours provided by volunteers to help find a tenant for the building. Murphy went on to name each person while the crowd applauded for each and every person that helped bring success to the efforts to recruit an industry.


Evolve Composite, Inc. CEO Martin Bristow tells about his very positive experience dealing with the Town while deciding to locate his new plant in Hancock. He outlined Evolves plans and his projections for jobs once the plant is up and running.

Downtown Hancock, Maryland Welcomes Evolve Composites, Inc.

Local downtown merchants displayed signs to welcome Evolve Composites, Inc. on September 1, 2011 to the Stanley E. Fulton Manufacturing Complex. A welcoming ceremony was held with the officials of Evolve at the complex. Over 50 visitors were on hand to welcome the new company to Hancock.
